Emelia Boatemah Osei-Dekyi Highlights IPS Legacy at Relaunch Under University of Professional Studies, Accra

At the relaunch of the Institute of Professional Studies (IPS) as a Directorate under the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA), Mrs. Emelia Boatemah Osei-Dekyi, Deputy Controller and Accountant General (Finance & Administration) and an alumna of IPS, reflected on the Institute’s enduring impact in shaping professionals with strong practical foundations.
