UPSA Holds Internal Stakeholders (UTAG) Engagement Meeting Ahead of 60th Anniversary Celebrations

As part of the University’s preparations for its 60th Anniversary celebrations, the 60th Anniversary Planning Committee held an Internal Stakeholders Engagement Meeting on 24th of July, 2025 with key internal bodies, including the University Teachers Association of Ghana (UTAG), at the LBC Auditorium.
The purpose of these engagements is for the Planning Committee to present their plans and engage in discussions with key internal stakeholders, ensuring broad participation and alignment as the University prepares to mark this significant milestone in its history.
Mr. Francis Dadzie, a seasoned communications expert, Consultant and Chairman of the UPSA@60 Stakeholders Engagement Sub-Committee delivered a detailed presentation during the session. He emphasized the importance of inclusive planning, consistent internal communication, and collaborative ownership of the anniversary activities. His presentation offered insights into stakeholder engagement strategies and anniversary branding.
Key outcomes from the meeting included fruitful discussions, the alignment of roles across university departments, and a renewed commitment from UTAG and other internal stakeholders to support and actively participate in the anniversary events.
The engagement marks another significant step in building a shared vision for a successful and impactful 60th anniversary celebration.
