1. Senior Social Media & Traditional Strategists Purpose of the Job
The purpose of this role will be charged with managing a number of client’s social media
profiles and executing their marketing strategies.
Key responsibilities and duties:
- Implement social media strategies for multiple companies, build brand awareness, generate inbound traffic and product adoption.
- Creating social media content strategy, Research trends and audiences meets clients’
standards
- Identifying and engaging influencers
- Develop and deliver Social Media Optimization (SMO).
- Stay current with social media trends and best
- Research opportunities for new social marketing platforms and select adapt current process to fit client needs.
- To develop and maintain blogs, video feeds, trending social networking sites resource centers
- Review and approve content on a daily

2. Copy Writer
Purpose of the Job
The purpose of this role is to plan, organize, and manage all contents, concepts and build clients brands to produce the desired outcome of a high-quality product or service that satisfies our clients/customer demands
Key responsibilities and duties:
Qualified applicant shall perform the duties that are detailed below that include (but not limited to);
- Come up with creative concepts or copy and content to build clients brands
- Ensure top-notch production of concepts through all media (Radio, TV, Press, Flyer, etc)
- Conducts market research to help create new strategies to promote client product/service
- Ensure that copy and content are consistent with clients’ brand specifications
- Come up with PR write-ups and press releases to push client’s brands
- Come up with innovative ideas to nurture/build brands (BTL, ATL)
- Liaise with client service to create exciting PowerPoint presentations
- Maintain the relationship between the agency and the client
- Review and present concepts/copy to the client for approval
- Research clients, their competitors and the target audience

3. Client Service /Outdoor Sales Executive
Purpose of the Job
The purpose of this role is to plan, organize, contribute to and develop integrated marketing campaigns to promote the company’s products and services. The job holder will generate business for the company through Outdoor Sales of the products and services of PG Advertising Agency Limited.
Key responsibilities and duties:
- Actively manage Outdoor service both in-house and clients related
- Liaise with Outdoor team on existing and new projects pertaining to maintenance, repairs, damages, replacements, etc
- Regularly report issues obtained Outdoors in relation to Billboards, medians, Mandatorily share photo reports of all concerns for easy reference
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services to clients
- Maintain an up-to-date database of all billboard installations of the company
- You shall be responsible to provide information on all available billboards
- Take Clients for Site inspection, gather complaints and feedback from clients and advise management on same for resolution
- Liaise with Municipal Assemblies to acquire required permits after locations have been scouted for
- Collate data on all existing clients of the company and keep track of their contract expiration or renewals dates, advise clients and management two (2) months prior
- Perform any other sales-related duties that may be assigned to you by management from time to time

4. 3D Graphic Designer Purpose of the Job
The purpose of this role is to define the process requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos. You’ll be the one to shape the visual aspects of websites, books, magazines, product packaging, exhibitions and work methodically as part of a team
- Your graphics and concepts created should capture the attention of clients and communicate the right messages about their brands and meet project objectives
- Have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design, produce new and unique illustrations, innovative layout prints
- Design different types of layout and illustrations, web design layout and typography in both print, digital and traditional media
- Ensure that copy and content are consistent with clients’ brand specifications

PERSON SPECIFICATION
ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS AND RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s Degree in Arts (Communication Design) or related field with 5 years of
relevant work experience in a thriving organization
- Master’s Degree or related field with a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in
a reputable organization.
- Experience with Graphic software such as Adobe, photoshop, illustrator, Indesign, Blender, Cinema 4D, etc
- Excellent communicator both written, graphically and verbal
- Should possess a valid driver’s license and strong teamwork skills
5. Welder
Purpose of the Job
The purpose of this role will be for assembling pieces of metal or repairing damage in components using heavy machinery that emits high heat, melting the metals into shape. This role is crucial in constructing strong infrastructure and ensuring safety.
- Interpret technical blueprints and drawings to plan layout and procedures
- Based on project requirements, select the suitable welding equipment or method
- Prepare components for welding according to specifications (e.g., cutting material with powered saws to match measurements)
- Use manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to weld components in various positions (vertical, horizontal, or overhead)
- Align components accurately using calipers, rulers, , and securely clamp pieces
- Weld pieces together to repair machinery and other components, filling gaps as needed
- Thoroughly examine welded surfaces and structures to identify any flaws
- Adhere to safety standards and use protective clothing (face-shield, gloves, ).
QUALIFICATION, KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

- Diploma from National Vocational Training Institute (NVTI), Diploma from Technical Institutes, Diploma from Polytechnics or other related field
- Five (5) years demonstrated experience in welding or with a reputable advertising agency is a plus
- Familiarity with various welding equipment and procedures
- Comfortable using electrical or manual tools (saws, squares, calipers, )
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings
- Willingness to follow safety precautions and use protective gear
