Bullion Securities Limited is an investment brokerage firm with over 10 years industry experience in the Ghanaian capital market. The firm is a Licensed Dealing Member of the Ghana Stock Exchange and the Ghana Commodities Exchanges, authorized to operate and regulated as a broker-dealer by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Ghana. We focus on providing bespoke investment brokerage and advisory services to high net worth individuals (HNWI) and institutional clients both local and international through cross-selling of financial securities. We cover a broad range of assets classes in the Ghanaian financial markets – equities, fixed income securities and soft commodities. We are currently seeking to recruit a young, ambitious and analytical university graduates for the position of Investment/Sales Analyst. The role is ideal for young graduates seeking a career in investment banking. The successful candidate will assist the firm in a multi-tasking role to deliver bespoke investment brokerage and advisory services. Direct Report to: Head, Sales & Trading Duties & Responsibilities:  Acquire and maintain thorough understanding of securities market, economic and financial trends, investor preference and regulatory requirements.  Keenly adhere to the Company’s policies, Operational manual, AML and other regulatory compliance requirements.  Cultivate and maintain strong relationship with HNWI, institutional investors and other key stakeholders to build investor confidence in the firm and financial market.  Aggressively prospect transaction mandates and ensure prompt response for quotes (RFQ) from both new and existing clients or counterparties in order to drive sales and revenue.  Monitor development of market trends, develop sales and execution strategies with management to counter negative effects to ensure competitive advantage.  Facilitate client’s KYC and transaction mandates in accordance with Company policy and regulatory compliance requirements.  Execute client’s orders in timely and efficient manner according to Best Execution policy.  Assist with the clearing and settlement of executed transactions and general Backoffice administrative duties.  Regularly achieve monthly sales and revenue targets through cross-selling of financial securities or products.  Assist with month-end transactions, investor accounts reconciliations and periodic reporting processes.  Conduct economic and investment research of listed companies, fixed income securities, and issue recommendations to existing and prospective clients.  Assist in the development of client presentations, marketing materials, pitch documents, business plans and feasibility studies.  Assist with corporate finance advisory, due-diligence and financial valuations.  Perform any other duties as may be assigned. Requirements:  A minimum 2nd Class Lower Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance, Actuarial Science, Mathematics or any other quantitative discipline is essential.  Must have completed National Service.  Preferred candidate must possess either GISI, CGIA or ACI dealing certificate.  A minimum 3 years working experience in securities trading, financial services or investment management will be an advantage.  Proficiency in software applications such as Bloomberg and MS Office.  Energetic personality and a team player that is driven by profit.  Thorough understanding of Ghanaian capital market and securities industry law.  Good communication, negotiations and presentation skills.  Strong analytical, financial modelling and valuation acumen.  Must be ambitious, comfortable with taking initiative and self-motivated.  Ability to multi-task and work under pressure to tight deadlines.  Candidate should not be more than 30 years as at 31st July, 2024 What We Offer  We invest in your career development, providing training to enhance your financial literacy and expertise.  You will contribute to the success of the business and customer satisfaction.  Learn from experienced professionals who are dedicated to your career development.  Be part of a collaborative team where your contributions are valued and recognized.  Build valuable networks of investment professionals in the securities & investment industry.  Successful candidates may be offered career progression to become a Registered Securities Dealer (RSD) of the GSE post six (6) month probation.  Remuneration: Pro Bono for an initial probation period of Six (6) months.
