We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Account Manager to join our team,
oversee client relationships, and drive business growth. This individual will be responsible for
strategic leadership and managing key client accounts to ensure seamless project execution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership & Business Growth
● Support the CEO and Creative Director in strategic planning and decision-making.
● Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
● Lead pitching and business development efforts to secure new clients.
● Align the company’s services with industry trends and market needs.
2. Client & Account Management
● Act as the primary point of contact for high-profile clients, ensuring satisfaction and
retention.
● Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their goals align with
Streamline360’s services.
● Lead campaign strategy, execution, and performance monitoring across all media
channels.
● Work closely with the production, strategy, and admin teams to deliver on client briefs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing,
Communications, Journalism or any related field.
● 5+ years of leadership experience in media, marketing, advertising, or a related
industry.
● Proven experience in business development, client management, and strategic
planning.
● Strong knowledge of digital marketing, media production, and integrated
communications.
● Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building and project management
skills.
● Ability to drive team performance and company profitability.
● A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills.
